Hand wash only or wipe with a damp cloth.

 

Then leave to dry naturally or on a low radiator.

Before ordering please measure your dogs neck, if you need help please check the fittings page for instructions on how to measure your dog and choosing the correct collar size.

 

All exchanges due to incorrect ordering should be returned in new and unused condition, returns postage rates apply.

Returns are accepted please email us first to request this and p&p is to be paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.

The item/s can be refunded or exchanged.

Please allow up to 5-7 working days for your items to be dispatched, although we aim to get them posted earlier.

All our items are handmade to order.

All our products are sent 1st class with Royal mail who aim to deliver within 1-3 working days but sometimes can take up to 7 working days withing the UK.

 

For postage details to other countries please message us as depending on the season some countries can take up to 4-5 weeks.

Although from our experience most of our items get to international customers within 10 days.
